$140/month + $100 Set-up Fee
Training & Funding Platform Fee
ICS charges a $140 monthly Funding Platform & Training fee today upon sign up. The Funding Platform fee includes all tools, resources, marketing materials, online training, credit report access, ProspectNow, and Property Radar database access. The $140/month fee is billed every 30-days. The monthly funding platform fee is reimbursed in any month where Broker has successfully funded a loan directly through ICS. The set-up fee is reimbursed on the first closed loan with ICS. Fees are not reimbursed or refunded in the event Broker becomes inactive, does not fund any loans successfully during the term of this agreement, or places loans independently. A $100 set-up fee is charged within 2-business days of sign up.

OUR GUARANTEE
Our Funding Platform & Training agreement is 6-months, billed monthly, renewing month-to-month following the initial 6-month term. Should you find within 30-days ICS is not for you, you can cancel your agreement, forgoing the remaining 5-months. This enables you to test-drive our Funding Platform & Training Program without a long-term commitment.
