Do I need a license to Broker Commercial Loans?
In most states, no. Licensing is required in California, Arizona, and Nevada. Overall, most states have no requirements. If you originate a loan in a state requiring a license, we will team you with a licensed Advisor to get it so you earn commission.
How do I get paid?
You get paid at closing or immediately post closing depending upon the loan type and Funding Lender. ICS Lending Partners work on a commission-only basis.
Is Training Live or Online
Training is online, but you will meet with your Senior Partner as needed throughout the week, including a weekly Zoom Call.
How much do GOOD Brokers Make?
Most Brokers earn 1% - 1.5% per deal. Many Brokers close in excess of $30MM per year. Do the math.....this is an extremely lucrative opporunity for the right person.
Do I place the loans with Lenders or does ICS?
Yes, you originate loans and place them with Lenders using the ICS Funding Platform. Lending Partners get full support from origination through escrow closing. Independent Platform Users have unlimited access to the Platform and Lenders, but do not get transactional support and close loans independently on their own.
