BROKER PACKAGE - AGREEMENT & REGISTRATION

 

3rd Party Independent Brokers are automatically registered with ICS upon loan submission. Prior to loan closing, Brokers will complete a commission disbursement form, including commission payment instructions, and other company information. Broker fees area always clearly outlined on ICS Good Faith Estimates, Term Sheets, and Funding Fee Agreements, protecting our Brokers, the Client, and ICS.
