This ensures you have the basic knowledge needed to interact with prospective clients, work with your ICS Loan Team, and use our Funding Platform origination system, tools, and resources. Once you pass your certification exam, you will attend your first live onboarding Zoom call with your ICS Loan Team the following Wednesday at 9am PST.

Complete Commercial Loan Advisor Set-up
Once you attend the New Advisor Onboarding Zoom Call you will be issued an ICS email. We will also make sure all your weblinks and marketing materials are ready to go with your contact information. You will also complete a W9 contractor tax form and receive your executed Commercial Loan Advisor Contract Agreement via DocuSign. The contract is available for your review below.
Drake Reitenger is a Commercial Loan Advisor and Team Lead at ICS. Drake assists CLA’s and Independent Brokers with loan structuring, packaging, placement, and general origination support. Drake plays a key role on our Broker Support Team, ensuring our CLA's and Independent Brokers receive the support and communication needed to originate and fund loans efficiently with ICS.
Ryan Mosley is a Senior Commercial Loan Advisor. Ryan has been in the commercial real estate and finance space for over 20 years, closing more than 750 commercial and investment real estate transactions since 1999, and leads the ICS origination team. Ryan created the proprietary ICS Funding Platform, designed to electronically underwrite and package commercial and investment property loans which are confidentially distributed to our network of private and institutional lenders. Ryan personally interviews every Commercial Loan Advisor that joins our company, and works with select Advisors on a Senior Advisor basis.

Support and communication is a top priority with our Commercial Loan Advisors at ICS. For general non-deal related questions, website/email support, and other administrative and technical issues, you can email our Support Team. One of our Support Team members will be available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.
Training & Funding Platform Fee
$140/month + $100 Set-up
ICS charges a $140 monthly Funding Platform & Training fee today upon sign up. The Funding Platform fee includes all tools, resources, marketing materials, email marketing, online training, credit report access, loan processing, underwriting, unlimited support, Property Radar database access, and ProspectNow access. The $140/month fee is billed every 30-days. The monthly funding platform fee is reimbursed in any month where Advisor has successfully funded a loan directly through ICS. The set-up fee is reimbursed on the first closed loan with ICS. Fees are not reimbursed or refunded in the event Advisor becomes inactive, does not fund any loans successfully during the term of this agreement, or discontinues working with ICS. A $100 set-up fee is charged within 1-business days of sign up.
