ICS POWER Broker Lending Partners pay $295/month billed every 30-days. The first month total billed is regularly $695 including a $400 set-up fee. Monthly billing starts 30-days thereafter. This is a 6-month agreement and renews month-to-month after the 6th month. Lending Partners work exclusively with ICS, have full access to training, Zoom calls, loan processing and underwriting support, earning 70% of all loan fees.
