Cancelling Your Broker / Billing Agreement
In order to cancel your Broker Agreement with ICS and stop recurring monthly billing, simply go to PayPal.com, login, and cancel your subscription payment to ICS. This will automatically stop all future billing and terminate your Broker Agreement with ICS instantly. ICS does not manually cancel billing for you. As a user, you must cancel your subscription agreement directly through the PayPal portal.
PLEASE NOTE: Support requests to cancel your Broker Agreement and billing through the ICS Support Center or via email to ICS are not acceptable forms of cancellation. You must cancel directly through PayPal. Thank you.
