It takes 3-minutes or less and will provide us with enough information to evaluate your loan thoroughly before speaking with you. You can immediately schedule a loan review call with a Senior Team Advisor once you submit your request online.


If you have submitted a loan to ICS that is currently in process and need an update, you can check the status of your loan quickly online by logging into the loan via the link below. Loans are updated daily. You may also contact your assigned ICS Loan Advisor. If or when we need additional information from you, we will email you directly.


If you are a vendor or service provider and would like to speak with an administrative staff member regarding your products and services, please mail your correspondence to our mailing address via the link below. All vender and service provider correspondence is handled through our mailing facility. A decision maker will be in touch with following material review.


If you are an ICS Lending Partner and need to update your billing information or wish to downgrade your services with ICS to free access as an Independent Broker, you can do so directly through PayPal. Simply login to PayPal via the link below and cancel your subscription with ICS. You will still be able to submit loan with limited access.


If you need to get in contact with an ICS administrative staff member regarding any city, state, federal, regulatory, or other administrative matters, please send correspondence to our mailing facility address below. An ICS Administrator will be in contact with you or your office within 24-hours of receiving your mail correspondence.

ICS Lending Partners and Independent Brokers are paid 100% of their loan origination fees charged to and paid by the Borrower. Commissions are paid at closing or with 48-hours of escrow closing and fund receipt by ICS. The standard Broker fee is typically 1%.


Mortgage Broker licensing is not required in most states. Independent Brokers must be licensed in CA, NV, and AZ. Check with your state licensing department for more information. ICS Lending Partners do not need to be licensed and can work under ICS licensing.
