Loan requests are only available to vetted lenders with track records and the capacity to close on-time.

Online training course available, unlimited ongoing training, and ICS Commercial Loan Advisor Certification exam.

Lending Partners are provided with a white-label web application to use for client loan requests online as well as ICS branded app.

White-label loan program brochures are available and ICS branded.

Commercial loan applications, funding fee agreements, rent rolls. SREO, referral fee agreements and much more.

ICS Lending Partners can order property owner contact leads directly through ICS at an additional cost of $1.25/per contact, including property information, phone, and email.

If you need help on a deal, ICS can connect you with a Senior Loan Advisor who will team-up with you to help get your deal funded.

ICS charges a $95 monthly Funding Platform Fee billed every 30-days. This is a 90-day agreement which renews automatically on a month-to-month basis after 90-days if not cancelled by User. There is a one-time $100 upfront set-up fee. These fees are reimbursed on closed loans.
