We evaluate the loan with you to determine the best loan program, eligibility, estimated rate, terms, and fees.


If it looks fundable, we prepare a Good Faith Estimate and Funding Fee Agreement for you and your client.


Client signs off on GFE, we gather documents, underwrite the loan, and place it with the most competitive Lender.


Loan funds. Everyone get's paid.

 

BROKER COMMISSIONS

Brokers keep 100% of their points charged to the Borrower. ICS charges a loan underwriting, processing, and packaging fee of $2,500 + 0% to max 1.5% on successfully funded loans. This fee is dependent upon loan size, loan type, and determined with you at initial loan review. You simply add our fees to your Broker fees charged to your client, which will be outlined under your name or company on your Funding Fee Agreement with your Client.
