Submit loan request online by clicking on Instant Rate Quote & schedule a Loan Review Call.

We evaluate the loan with you to determine the best loan program, eligibility, estimated rate, terms, and fees.

If it looks fundable, we prepare a Good Faith Estimate and Term Sheet, including Funding Fee Agreement protecting your commission.

Client signs off on GFE, we gather documents, and underwrite the loan.

Loan funds. You get paid.
BROKER COMMISSIONS
100%
Brokers keep 100% of their points charged to the Borrower. Your points our outlined on our Good Faith Estimate, Term Sheet & Funding Fee Agreement with the client. Your fee is paid by the Borrower at closing or post closing depending upon the loan type. We handle all Borrower commission invoicing and payment collection to ensure you and ICS get's paid.

If you submit accurate property and Borrower information, you'll receive a Term Sheet same day on all fundable loans.
BROKER REGISTRATION
You will be instantly registered with ICS when you submit your loan by clicking on Instant Rate Quote. Our loan processing team handles all loan updates and will provide you with a document checklist and file upload link. No login, no passwords, no software to learn. All you have to know is how to submit your loan requests online, then assist with document retrieval and Borrower correspondence.
CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
Your Client's financial, personal, and business information is confidential. Our Good Faith Estimate, Term Sheet, and Funding Fee Agreement authorizes ICS, you, and our underwriting team to review and process their documents. We do not contact your Borrower, but Borrower contact information, including name, email, phone, and home address is required. This information is necessary to complete a Soft Credit Pull, which does not affect their credit, and keeps ICS and you compliant in states where disclosure is required.
