Login to your Loan Dashboard and click on "Enter New Loan." ALWAYS submit the request online first. Please don't call or email. We want to view the property and loan request details to maximize our phone call with you. You need to have enough information about the deal to complete a quick online loan submission.
You must enter the loan first to schedule loan review call.
Schedule Intro Loan Review Call with ICS Team Loan Advisor
You can schedule a loan review call to discuss the loan request, objectives, desired terms, and hold strategy. We then review the document checklist needed for underwriting with you. Our Team then meets within 24 hours to review the loan in detail with the added information you have provided.
Process, underwrite, and packaged your loans for Lender review
Upload all requested Checklist Documents to the loan in your Loan Dashboard. Our Senior Advisor & Loan Processing Team can also gather all documents from the client directly if you choose to have ICS assist you in funding your loan.
