You can work with ICS as an Independent Broker or apply to join ICS as a Lending Partner. It's up to you. See which option works best for you.

INDEPENDENT BROKER

Indepedent Brokers can refer/submit loans to ICS for funding without joining ICS as a Lending Partner, earning 20% of the total commission earned. A Senior Partner at ICS will be the primary point of contact with the client. There are no fees to submit loans to ICS as an Independent Broker.

ICS LENDING PARTNER

ICS Lending Partners earn 100% of their fees on all loans. Lending Partners have access to ICS Training Online, loan software, tools, marketing resources, weekly Zoom calls, and get unlimited training and support. ICS Lending Partners are the primary client point of contact. There is a set-up fee and monthly fee.
