Lending Partners pay $95/month billed every 30-days. The first month total billed is $495, which includes a one-time software set-up, marketing, and online training fee, plus property owner contact leads. Monthly billing starts 30-days thereafter. This is a 6-month agreement and renews month-to-month after the 6th month.
