How long is the training?

Our online Commercial Mortgage Broker Training Program is NOT a timed course. Many Brokers get through it in a few days, others spend weeks digging deap into every training section. It's completely up to you.

Is there any live training?

No. The online Commercial Mortgage Broker Training Program is online only. You'll have access to all our training sections, which includes videos and much more.

How long do I get access?

Access to our paid training platform is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime.

Can I work under my own company name?

You do not work for ICS. ICS is a Commercial Mortgage Funding Platform offering online training, tools, resources, Lenders, and Undewriting services to Independent Brokers.

Do I get my own website?

ICS does not provide websites.

How is the Support at ICS?

It's great! You can get support 24/7 support via our the ICS Online Support Center via chat or email.

Do I need a license?

 A license is required in California, Arizona, and Nevada. You will want to check on licensing requirements when funding loans in multiple states, as requirements change from time-to-time in each state. Overall, there are very few states that require a license to broker commercial mortgage loans.

Does ICS provide access to Lenders?

Yes. For every loan program at ICS there are numerous Lenders associated with that loan program on a state-by-state basis. We have hundreds of Lenders for you to work with.

Do Platform Members fund deals directly through ICS? 

When you sign up for Online Commercial Mortgage Broker Training you automatically are registered as an ICS Platform Member. You can arrange and fund loans on your own independent of ICS, or you can request assistance on loans, and we will team you with an experienced ICS Platform Member to work with, or you can work with an in-house ICS Senior Loan Advisor in our Lending Division.

Brokers pay a One-time $495 Fee + $95 per Month

The monthly fee covers the cost of continued Commercial Mortgage Broker Training, unlimited loan submissions, property detail reports for each loan submission, loan processing, underwriting, Senior Partner loan review calls, and an abudance of marketing tools and resources. You will not find another training program out there that offers what we do. Most training companies charge a one-time fee of $3,000 to $20,000 and have no long-term interest in your success. We teach you what you need to know to make money, and support you indefinately. We are a Commercial Morgage Lending Company that trains Brokers how to make money, so we all make money, together!
