Preparing for your call

A Senior Partner at ICS will be calling you on your scheduled call date and time. Please be available within a 15-minutes window of your call time from a 206 number.

Professional & Well Spoken

Experience in finance, real estate, insurance, or similar sales/consulting role is a plus

---

Independent & Money Motivated

Must complete online training

(no exceptions)

Financially Secure

You must be financially secure to make it through your first 30, 60, or even 90-days, as it can take some time to close your first few deals, unless you have loans in-hand that are ready to fund. This is a high paying role, but also commission-only. You must be able to cover the training cost and monthly software fee. This is mandatory.

 

Costs & Fees If Approved

Lending Partners pay $95/month billed every 30-days to cover all software, support, marketing, email, and lead costs. The first month total billed is $495 including a $400 training, certification, and lead set-up fee. Monthly billing starts 30-days thereafter. This is a 6-month agreement and renews month-to-month after the 6th month.

We reimburse these fees on the first closed deal and the monthly fee in any month you close a deal.
