($100 - no exceptions)
Financially Secure
You must be financially secure to make it through your first 30, 60, or even 90-days, as it can take some time to close your first few deals. This is a high paying role, but also commission-only. There is a monthly $95 funding platform fee that covers loan software, contact leads, ongoing training, website links, marketing materials, loan processing, and unlimited support. This fee is reimbursed in any month you close a loan.
