Register with OpenCorporates online directly. It is a free service. This is a great tool to lookup owners and member of LLC's, corporations, partnerships, and other entity types.

Register with That'sThem online. The first 10 phone number searches per day are free. There is a minimal monthly charge thereafter. This is a great tool to use when you have the individual's name of a property or LLC group.

Register with Slybroadcast online. This is our favorite service to connect with owners and referral partners. You can upload contact lists to Slybroadcast, create a personal voicemail message, and Slybroadcast will call hundreds or even thousands of contacts for you in a matter of minutes. Your recorded message goes directly to voicemail, without ringing the prospects phone. Interested prospects will then call you back to inquire about financing, or may request to be taken off the list. ICS provides some great voicemail script templates you can find in our training section to use with Slybroadcast.

Our marketing team can pull properties for you by property type, regional city or county, then research the property owner contact names and phone numbers. We research ownership contacts using multiple sources. ICS charges $1.50 per property researched with numbers and emails provided. The minimum order is 200 properties. While we provide multiple contacts, phone numbers, and emails per property, contact information and accuracy is not guaranteed, as contact information changes regularly.

As a Funding Platform Member, you can pull soft credit reports through ICS, which have no effect on the borrower's credit scores. Email Verification
If you are building a list of email contacts and plan to use ICS for email marketing, or a 3rd party service to send bulk emails, it is critical you run your list through an email verification service like Neverbounce. This will ensure you are not emailing bad emails that are no longer valid, a huge red flag when using any bulk email marketing provider. The fastest way to ruin your email domain and get kicked off an email marketing platform is to use lists that have not been verified.
