ICS works with Independent Brokers that submit loans to ICS for funding as well as ICS Lending Partners that choose to sign up for online training, get certified, and attain access to our Funding Platform, including all marketing services, training, loan software, and lead services. There are no fees for independent brokers to submit loans to ICS for funding. Brokers that choose to sign up as ICS Lending Partners with full training and funding platform access pay a $195 training fee plus $95 per month. Independent Brokers submit loans to ICS for funding. We process, underwrite, and fund loans directly or through our most competitive capital partner. Independents don't have access to the ICS Funding Platform, training, or marketing services. No login required & no monthly fees. Simply submit your loans and earn 20% of the gross loan origination points.
