PLATFORM UPGRADE 2026

In February 2026, we upgraded the ICS Funding Platform to simplify the loan funding process, reducing loan preparation and funding workload for our Lending Partners by over 90%.

All training, tools, and resources are now easily accessible in the Lending Partner Portal. To access the Lending Partner Portal simply go to the main menu and click on Login.

For new loan requests, simply click “Request Loan” or “Loan Finder” from any page on the site. You can enter your loan scenario and simultaneously schedule a loan review call.

A Senior ICS Advisor will:

  • Review the loan details with you

  • Provide a secure document upload link with a needs list

  • Issue a GFE / LOI upon document review

ICS now handles all document retrieval, loan preparation, and packaging for you — including structuring, processing, underwriting, and lender placement.

All you need to do is enter the loan request and assist with borrower document retrieval as needed. That’s it.

Why the Upgrade?

After consistently receiving requests from our Lending Partners for more assistance with loan packaging and lender placement, we decided to upgrade and simplify the entire platform.

This allows Lending Partners to focus on finding more deals, while ICS manages all backend work involved in:

  • Preparing loans for lender review

  • Presenting loans to lenders

  • Negotiating terms

  • Managing the process through closing

Many brokers simply do not have the time or expertise to handle the entire process efficiently.

Changes to Commissions

There are no changes to commissions.

Lending Partners continue to keep their full points charged on every deal.

In addition, Partners now earn a $500 upfront bonus on any deal approved to enter processing and underwriting.

Additional Marketing Upgrades

New marketing brochures will be available in the Lending Partner Portal on March 1st for all loan products we offer, including both White-Label and ICS-branded materials.

Support Upgrades

We have added AI Text Support and AI Phone Support for our Lending Partners.

From the Support Center, you can call or text us and ask hundreds of questions about:

  • Loan products

  • Guidelines

  • Processes

  • Platform tools

  • Much More

There is no waiting for a callback or returned email. You can get answers instantly, when you need them.

Lender Database Access Update

ICS now handles all loan packaging for our Lending Partners, including presenting loans directly to lenders that match the loan criteria.

Because ICS manages all loan submissions and lender communication through closing, there is no longer a need to publish lender contact information online.

This change was requested by many lenders on our platform. They prefer that loans from ICS are submitted by our experienced loan processing team rather than by numerous brokers with varying levels of experience.
