INDEPENDENT BROKER
Independent Brokers earn 50% of total origination fees and are teamed with a Senior ICS Lending Partner. ICS will process, underwrite, and place your loans through hundreds of lenders. Independent Brokers DO NOT have access to online training, marketing tools, or other Lending Partner resources. There are no fees to sign up as an Independent Broker. Do not sign up until you have a loan to submit. Thank you.
TRAINING SIGN UP
If you are new and need training, you've come the right place. Get full access to the ICS Funding Platform, full-service loan processing, underwriting, and loan placement through hundreds of lenders. In addition, ICS offers our Lending Partners online training, marketing tools, leads, weblinks, resources, and unlimited loan support. Lending Partners pay a 1-time training set-up fee and a monthly fee for full-service access.
