Upon submitting the loan scenario online, you can simultaneously schedule a Loan Review Call with an ICS Team Member. If you are an ICS Lending Partner, you can login and submit your loan from your Loan Dashboard.

If you can't find the loan program you are looking for using Loan Finder, it means we don't offer it. Interest rates by loan product are market quote estimates. To receive lender term sheets with precise rates and fees, you will need to submit your loan request with full documentation uploaded.

This is a very helpful form for Brokers to gather information before submitting a loan request online. This form is not sent to ICS nor uploaded. It is a helpful resource to ask borrowers the right questions in order to complete a loan submission request online accurately.
In order to receive lender term sheets with precise rates, terms, and fees, the following documents must be uploaded to the loan file online for income producing properties. See document requirements here.
