• Schedule Real Estate Owned
• Property Operating Statement / T12
• Rent Roll
• Owner Resume / Bio
• Scope of Work & Budget (If Rehab or Ground-up Construction)
• 3-Years Personal & Business Tax Returns (Bank Loans only)
• Personal tax returns are NOT needed for private loans.
